I have so many dates for jobs and stuff that coincide with other dates it's just atrocious.

| Sit and read carefully this post.
Yesterday I had to pass an exam to get into the jazz department
at the conservatory. They said out of 37 people , approx 10 would get in.
So I had asked the guys from my band to play with me the 2 pieces we
had to perform. Well turns out the jury was late so we waited 2 hours.
But you know what my guys even though they had obligations they
had to attend to or work or going to get their younger siblings at school
and stuff but they just stood there and waited for me ,encouraged me
helped me and spend time doing this. I promise it was magic. Even
the guys of my band that weren't playing came to encourage me
and to just let me know that they were there. And these are non-Christian guys.
They stayed 2 hours to play 5 minutes.
People ,if you can act like my guys did to me you will make somebody
very happy and very loved. Think about that....

| I went to teach my first bass lesson today.
I have 4 students. 2 elederly ladies that are curious about the
instrument, one youngster that is working hard already and a
adult bass guitar player.
They are all wonderful students.
I think for the teacher side that I didn't do that bad . It's weird
though to repeat everything . And I noticed that my methods
change with each student which is logical after all because
they are different .
I felt actually really useful today. It's a great feeling ! and they seemed
happy to learn ! what a day.

I start teaching tomorrow with my 5 students. I can't wait to see them but I'm also
nervous on how to approach each student ( ages go from 12 to 64) . Let's do it.
